COMPANY HISTORY

    In 1969, an enterprising housewife Fely Pelaez learned to prepare a delicious smoked country ham in her home at Del Monte, Bukidnon.  That year family and friends offered to buy her ham for Noche Buena (Christmas dinner).  And so what started out a culinary endeavor became a cottage home industry.  The ham's brand hame SLERS is an acronym of her children's names.  Today, the SLERS family corporation, although it has grown in size, continues the tradition of making fine quality foods.
